The packages consist of the reproductions rolled in cardboard tubes, along with an information leaflet. When opened, the reproductions must be handled with great care so as to not to scratch the ink or crease or stain the paper.
Taking the same care, you may need to place some weights on the sheets to straighten them, but on another sheet of paper, never directly on the drawings themselves. You may use the sheet of Kraft paper in which the drawings are protected.
The tubes may also contain a personal message card, if the customer chose this option when making the purchase, along with the invoice if the and shipping and the destination address are the same. When the addresses are different, the invoice is sent separately.
The number of tubes sent will depend on the number of drawings acquired. Each small tube can contain up to three 50x50 drawings and the large tube can contain up to two 80x80 drawings and one of 50x50. If the order is divided into several tubes, they will be sent separately, as a way of reducing shipping fees, and as such, may not reach the recipient all at the same time.
