The products on this site are available for all countries in the world. It is assumed that on purchasing a product that the customer accepts all terms and conditions.

Registration consists in providing the information required for customer identification. This way, in future visits and once having activated his registration, a customer can shop without having to provide us with his personal details and address again. The registered customer will also have exclusive access to an area where he can keep track of his orders.

The customer always has the right to change his data or cancel his registration. All customers are assured that their data will not be used for purposes other than those described, or made available to third parties.

A customer can verify the contents of his order in the shopping cart. This is where you can remove products added to your shopping list, change the number of units or the language of each of the products added. When a customer checks out in the shopping cart, he will be guided through the steps required to complete his purchase.

The address that the customer provides in his registration will always be used as the billing address and this can easily be copied to also be used as the shipping address. On confirming the contents of your order, you will be directed to a page where you can confirm or change these addresses. In the case of purchases where a customer is not registered, these fields will have to be filled in.

If the drawing is a gift for someone, customers may add a message to the recipient of the order. The text which is written by the customer, and must have no more than 400 characters, will be printed on a card and sent with the drawings, at no extra cost. This message is the responsibility of the customer and will not be subject to review.

After reviewing the contents of the order, the customer is asked to choose a form of payment. The options available for payment are:

a) Credit Card / PayPal
On choosing this form of payment, the customer will be redirected to PayPal's secure page, where he can immediately pay with his credit card or enter his PayPal account to confirm payment.

b) Bank Transfer
On choosing this form of payment, the customer will receive an email with all data corresponding to his order alongside our bank details so he can proceed with the payment. If the customer fails to make the transfer within 30 days following the order date, his order will be automatically cancelled. Please note: Bank transfers will only be accepted as payment if the customers agrees to pay all the inherent bank charges.

Payments will be made in Euros (€). The product prices and the prices in the shopping cart are always shown in Euros, as well as in U.S. dollars ($) and GBP (£). Upon payment, the customer will know how much he will be paying in all of these three currencies, but the payment itself must be made in Euros.

An order will consist of as many Kraft tubes as needed to send the drawings in (each tube takes up to 3 drawings). In order to reduce shipping costs, orders which consist of more than one tube will be sent out separately, and therefore they may not all arrive at the same time. The invoice is always sent to the billing address. It will be enclosed with the drawings if this is where the drawings are to be sent to or sent separately if the drawings are sent to a different address. Products are sent via CTT - Correios de Portugal S.A (Portuguese Mail Service) by international mail. Shipping costs correspond in full to the prices charged by the company and are exempt from VAT.

The time gap between payment and receipt of products should not exceed 8 working days in Europe and 10 working days outside Europe. Orders are shipped within 3 working days after the date of payment. You must then take into the account and add to these the standard mail delivery time: 5 working days for Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the world.
